BOOKING FEES: Fees (indicated above) are shown on individual event flyers & subsequent listings - unemployed or low-income qualify for a reduced negotiable rate.

BOOKING/PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is required no less than 2 weeks prior to date of event (except in the case of late bookings agreed by SLP). Complete and return this form together with a cheque made payable to South London Permaculture to secure your booking. Online money transfers to: South London Permaculture HSBC 400634 Acc.01411772. Please indicate if an invoice is required, and to whom it should be made out to.

CANCELLATION TERMS: Provisional bookings are accepted subject to completion and return of this booking form. Cancellations up to 14 days before event - no charge; cancellations up to 7 days - £25 administration charge; cancellations within 7 days - full fee is payable. If South London Permaculture has to cancel an event for any reason, any monies already paid will be refunded in full.
